It’s 6:10 am local time, and we are jittery. We are allowed to leave the hotel, but the advice had been to arrive at the airport roughly 2 hours ahead, not earlier. We have checked for chargers, lost PJs, emptied the fridge, double checked the bathroom, loaded the luggage trolley… we are ready but we have to wait another 20 minutes before we head to reception to check out. We will report back on the decision on whether we are required to self-isolate for another 2 weeks or not. Deep breaths…
